The former Chelsea striker is of the opinion that Eden Hazard can win the Balon D'Or with Chelsea. The player has made a bright start to the season and already has eight goals from ten appearances. He's currently the highest goal scorer in the English Premier league. He's helped Maurizio Sarri's side get to a flying start having remained without a defeat those season.
Shevchenko says Hazard needs to remain at the level with whichever he's stayed this season to be looked upon as a potential winner for the prestigious award.
Eden Hazard's best goal statistics had been one where helpful scored 16 goals. Shevchenko argues that this is not enough and that the people who finish goals more often are the ones considered for the award.
