To any Sprint customers that are painfully aware of how bad their customer service is, I hope I can be of some assistance to you. Ridiculously long hold times, unprofessional customer service agents, bill screw-ups, unauthorized changes... it's all par for the course at Sprint. Thankfully, there is one saving grace with them that has kept me on board. That is: the office of the president. I don't even bother calling the customer service number anymore. If not for the insane amount of mistakes they make, I'd probably never need to call them.
Now you don't have to bother anymore.
All you need to do is e-mail the CEO. His name is Marcelo Claure. He won't answer himself; it just goes to an office you cannot get to my any toll-free number or extension. However, within 24 hours or less, you will get a response from someone stateside who will work hard to fix the issues. They call themselves "The office of the President". Expect major credits and even good will credits especially if it was a legit mistake.
Here is the email address: marcelo.claure@sprint.com
Good luck!
