  • Skipping 45sec 2sets
  • Jump and jack 30sec 2sets
  • Waist stretching 30sec
  • Leg stretching 30sec
  • Back stretching 30sec
  • Incline push-up 12reps 2sets
  • Decline push-up 12reps 2sets
  • Clapping push-up 10reps 2sets
  • Push-ups 15reps 2sets
  • Squat 12reps 2sets
  • Zumo squat 12reps 2sets
  • Lounges alternate 12reps 2sets
