Tomorrow I want to go for measurements,
and it all worked out nicely because tomorrow will be my #30 Be fit Or be Dead.
I spent two weeks on vacation, so I don't expect great results - we'll see what the measuring machine will show.
If anyone read BfObD # 28 link at the end of the post I marked my goal for this month - it is burning more calories than in July, and exceeding 10,000 calories burned in a month.
Yesterday I took another step towards implementing my plan.
I started cycling quite late, so I came up with a short but difficult route, with a steep uphill ride.
My goal was the
Sanctuary of ""Our Lady the Queen of Poland""
The story of my family is related to the apparitions in this sanctuary.
One day I will describe this story.
And now let's go back to yesterday's ride.
Evening riding has its advantages -
the bike path is empty and the air temperature does not bother you as during the day.
In a short time, on the bicycle path I reached the road going up towards the sanctuary.
Halfway through, I paused for a breath.
I made the second stop almost at my destination. I have only one short hill left to the Sanctuary.
Finally, I arrived at the sanctuary.
It was the biggest hill I have ever ridden on a bicycle (gray graph below). The heart also had a lot of work (red graph).
This is the map of yesterday's drive.
When I ride down it was getting very dark.
To sum up -
I ride up over 200 meters high - from 497 meters above sea level, to 702 meters above sea level.
My maximum heart rate when going up was 172.
The whole trip lasted less than an hour and I traveled 10 kilometers during that time, burned 555 calories.

Fajna wycieczka. Zazdraszczam :)
Lekko nie było ;)
The lovely trail to ride on!
Beautiful, but difficult uphill for an amateur like me.
