Diligent in doing squat exercises is very effective in order to form a fresher body. In doing squat exercises the movements are almost like sitting. Squat movements are very simple and very easy to do. All it takes is body balance. Do a squat like sitting position 90 degrees, bend your back slightly forward, spread your arms forward to maintain balance, hold a few moments then lift back as before. In doing this squat movement, the back position must be considered because it often has injuries to the back. If you do this squat routine, this exercise is very effective to shape and maintain body shape, especially in the thighs, abdomen and most importantly the buttocks. Besides doing squat exercises is also very useful to practice maintaining balance and losing your weight by means of correlating it with squatting movements.
