Ezzedine Ait Djoudi, coach of Ain Mellila, expressed his deep sorrow after his team lost to JS Kabylie (0-1) on Wednesday in the ninth round of the Algerian professional league.
Ait Djoudi said in a statement: "We were absent in the confrontation, and did not provide the required level, we tried to return after we received the first goal, but rushing in front of the goal made our task more difficult."
He continued: "JSK deserved to win, where he was armed with enthusiasm and knew how to maintain its lead since the ninth minute and managed to manage the game, but could have been lost by a greater result."
He concluded: "We must now overcome this stumble, and focus on the next game against ASO Chlef, to achieve a positive result in order to continue progress in the table ranking, and maintain the pace of positive results."
