Previous NBA genius Charles Barkley is putting his cash on the Philadelphia 76ers to win the Eastern Conference title in the 2019-20 NBA season.
With Kawhi Leonard darting out of the guarding champions Toronto Raptors, Barkley disclosed to Jared Greenberg of NBA TV that he is expecting a two-group race for the East title. The Hall of Fame forward said that he sees the Sixers going head to head against the Milwaukee Bucks for Eastern Conference matchless quality.
While he is anticipating an incredible race between the two powerhouse groups, Barkley said that he is persuaded the Sixers will wind up winning the meeting. He conceded that he cherishes the Sixers and that he will be "riding and biting the dust" with Philly, where he spent the initial eight periods of his renowned vocation.
"I believe it's a two-group race in the Eastern Conference between the 76ers and the Milwaukee Bucks. I can hardly wait until they play each other no holds barred." Barkley said. "I promise you the Philadelphia 76ers are going to win the Eastern Conference."
Barkley called attention to that the Sixers will have solid program next season regardless of losing Jimmy Butler. Philadelphia included Al Horford and Josh Richardson while likewise holding beginning forward Tobias Harris. Then again, he supposes the Bucks will woefully miss Malcolm Brogdon, who marked with the Indiana Pacers this mid year.
