Chelsea are set to spend in the coming January transfer window. The Club has informed all leading agents that they hope to be spending cash in the transfer window.
Chelsea is currently serving a two window ban which makes it impossible for them to signed new players to the club. The Blues are expected to be in the transfer market in this coming transfer window.
The Fans are also happy to hear that the club will now be in the transfer market.
