Agreed, stretch before walking, before workouts, and I've heard of that all my life but am now beginning to feel and understand that it's better that way, even tho I'm only 33 now, walked 4 miles today, and have not made the habit of a lot of waking or exercise the past few years and I'm trying to get back into it. Your post reminds me of that of which I've known of. Thanks.

It's so true! Especially after a long walk like that. The "after" stretching is more important than the "before."
