Agreed, stretch before walking, before workouts, and I've heard of that all my life but am now beginning to feel and understand that it's better that way, even tho I'm only 33 now, walked 4 miles today, and have not made the habit of a lot of waking or exercise the past few years and I'm trying to get back into it. Your post reminds me of that of which I've known of. Thanks.

It's so true! Especially after a long walk like that. The "after" stretching is more important than the "before."

Stretching is more powerful than walking I see. A good tip to decrease weight.

I think it was a key to my success and that's why I still do it today :)

I think I should do it too.

I normally don’t stretch before or after workouts, my mistake. When I get ready to go back to my activities, this will be in my do not forget list.
