Hello everyone, sports lovers while South Korea managed to defend the title and won the gold medal at the Asian Games men's soccer tournament after beating Japan 2-1 in the final.
South Korea finally scored two goals in the first half and Japan was only able to add one goal in the second half to 120 minutes of the match which was held at the Cibinong Pakansari Stadium in Bogor, West Java, Saturday night.

In the extra time round, Japan seemed to change strategy by replacing defender Daiki Sugioka with midfielder Keita Endo. The Japanese formation at the beginning of the first half seemed to only put three players in defense.
Whereas South Korea appeared without change with quick, piercing and dangerous attacks on the Japanese goal.
Japan had to pay for conceding two goals in the first half despite being able to reduce defeat through Ayase Ueda's goal.
Ayase Ueda's goal was made through a hard and measured header from a corner kick on 115 minutes.
Japan chased down the final minutes of the match by making several penetrations. But the effort has not been able to equalize and remain a 2-1 score for South Korea's victory.
