I couldn't find a recent discussion about this upcoming fight, since the official announcement that it is going to happen on August 26th.
What do you guys think about this fight? Who will win?
I think it is extremely overhyped, but nevertheless I really want to see this.
I think it will be a fun watch. I know I will be tuning in. I was actually going to bet some money on the fight, then found out about crypto-currency and decided to put money into that instead
Haha, my story is quite similar. About 6 months ago I tried making money betting on sports, but in the end I always lost it. Then I found Bitcoin (and altcoins later) and started making quite some money. But just to make the experience more fun, I think I'll bet some money on McGregor, just because I think he is the embodiment of savageness
I was going to bet 50 on mcgregor(sp?) at +400 and 20 on Connor win by KO for another 20 at +500. I still might do that
Mayweather doesn't take a fight unless he knows he's going to win, but McGregor definitely has a strong chance. I don't believe that sparring video of McGregor is legit though, they're both trying to sell a fight. They both know how to bring the crowd in and it's going to be a hell of a fight in my opinion. Not a mickey mouse fight like everyone thinks it's going to be. My money is on McGregor, mainly because he's 5/1 lol. No matter what happens it's going to be a good night for boxing and mma, whoever wins.
That's true. Mayweather had most of his fights an advantage before the fight even started. I think this time it's different. I think McGregor wins because he can really surprise Mayweather, because there is no video material of Conor boxing, whereas Conor can really analyze the shit out of Mayweathers fights.
But we'll see, I can't wait!
