Another crossfit session today, but i'm taking it easy. Just visited the open gym to train a bit on my own.
Quickly try to get some energy because that Matcha tea is not really kicking in.
BCAA and caffeine drink to get going.
Today i'm training on my thrusters.
"Thrusters" is the kind of excercise where you pick up the bar, place it on your schoulders. Squat and then press the bar above your head.
Because i'm at a pretty low training level for the moment. I just train a couple of rounds with 40 kilo.
Otherwise i can't sit on the toilet for a couple of days!
Anyway i did my training for today and i'm happy i did it so gogogo...😎
I finish with a little gingerwald fresh cold pressed juice.

I wish my gym had some music playing, instead of the awkward silence, heavy breathing and grunts from time to time. Although I listen to music, still would be nice for those days you forget your headphones or they die. Actually I wish they also played music in bathrooms, talk about a place that needs something to cut down on the noise :-p
