@mikebuch's Take

Conor McGregor will be making his debut in the square circle tomorrow night against TMT Floyd Mayweather. Floyd is trying to pursue his 50th win. Mayweather is favored to win at -400, while McGregor is a +300 underdog according to Joe Osborne of OddsShark. McGregor will be looking to land some punches with his left hand. I believe McGregor will struggle in the beginning against the boxing legend. If you are fighting Floyd Mayweather you don’t want this fight to go to the Judges scorecard. McGregor needs to KO Mayweather, if this fight goes to distance (12 rounds) then I think Mayweather will win easily. But I believe this won’t be the last time McGregor will be in a boxing ring.
Prediction- Fight goes to distance, Mayweather wins

@jeffjagoe's Take

McGregor is going to fight hard and try for an early knock-out. Mayweather will be taking it slow and going for the points. McGregor’s angst for a KO might lead him to get winded early on. This will give Mayweather the upper hand in the later rounds. If McGregor wins, he is going to do it early. If it ever comes to the judge’s decision, I think TMT and Mayweather will take home the W.

@newschool's Take

Though more people are hyped for the Main Event; The Co Main Event is just as exciting! I think McGregor wins the main event knocking out an underprepared Floyd Mayweather who has been cocky and sporting a “not worried attitude”. As for the Gervonta Davis vs. Francisco Fonseca co-event, I think Mayweather’s Protege (Davis) comes through with the TKO like he has done for 17 of his 18 undefeated fights. Mayweather’s team doesn’t win the big fight but Gervonta wins his fight and TMT doesn’t have a totally unsuccessful night.

This show will definitely be one for the books. The undefeated Floyd Joy Mayweather will get his 50th victory and remain undefeated. Someone with such experience in the boxing ring as Money Mayweather should have a cake walk dancing around Conor McGregor with the quickness and agility as we know he has. The way Floyd boxes is an art. However, it would be interesting to see Conor lay some big blows, which still won't be enough for a KO. My prediction is that the experienced fighter will be too much for the first-time boxer. Floyd wins in the hands of the judges after an intense, full fight. Secondary beliefs lead me to Floyd knocking out Connor in the late rounds if McGregor loses his stamina early on. Let there be blood!

@richdurazzo's Take

The spectacle is upon us. I think there are a few scenarios for this hype-ridden fight. All of which include a win for undefeated Floyd Mayweather. I expect a tactical performance from Mayweather — as most of his fights are — in which he hangs around, landing punches to gradually wear down Conor McGregor. Mayweather will take his time to read his opponent before giving him the business in front of a sellout crowd and millions watching at home.

Mayweather is not known for laying people out, but I think he can catch McGregor slipping and send him to the mat, it is just a matter of when. I think this one gets to at least the 4th round, with a knockout coming shortly thereafter. Do not waste your money betting the over on this fight. I hope for the sake of boxing, Mayweather destroys McGregor, sending a message that his sport is still relevant.

Payday squandered for McGregor if his UFC instincts come out and he lands an elbow, kick, etc. This is a possibility, however, unlikely.

I'm starting to think McGregor wins by KO... but then Vegas will go bankrupt...

hahah I want McGregor to win but you have to pick Floyd here

Floyd invests in Crypto's and TMT was in Nitrogen giving out freebies at one point... I guess that might be a good enough reason to root him on
