My area of interest here is teamwork ,am pleased as a coach you do this in the initial orientation of your team
The first discussion we have is about character and what it means to be part of a team.
Being part of the team greatly contribute to teamwork whether the team has lost,you got to stand strong as a team so as to work upon it's better performance in the next matches, celebrate success together as a team but also go through the pain of a loss as a team.
This will promote team building.

Thanks for the response. I believe it is important to be clear and up front with players right from the start about the “right” way to play. Once the team is on the same page then we can proceed and be successful as a team.
