The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) during the reign of 'Three Morley' in cricket. According to the terms of the agreement, between India and Pakistan, there were six bilateral series between India and Pakistan in 2015-2012 period. Of these, four series were to be held in Pakistan's ground. But due to the BCCI's disagreements, there was no series in the field.
Government has not been allowed to deal with political difficulties - the BCCI showed this excuse as a reason for not playing a series. The PCB has officially complained to the ICC for complicity in the series and not to make the series in the field. The PCB said that the PCB has received aroma of 70 million dollars (Bangladeshi currency Tk 591 crore) from the competing board, winning the legal battle, the local media said.
Because, in response to the PCB's complaint, the BCCI could not show any strong reason. India is facing Pakistan in the tournament organized by ICC and Asian Cricket Council (ACC). When the government's objection did not rise, the bilateral series did not endorse political excuses. The ICC's Dismissal Committee will give its verdict in October for three days in the United Arab Emirates.
