How 2nd Degree Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt Heals and Prevents Athletic Injury!

in #sports5 years ago (edited)

A few weeks ago our friend Eli Knight came onto our podcast and had a great discussion with us about the impact of martial arts on mental health. Eli is a 2nd Degree Blackbelt in Jiu Jitsu and runs Knight Jiu Jitsu, his youtube channel where he discusses Jiu Jitsu concepts and techniques.

Eli recently did an unboxing video for us on his Instagram where he unboxes and shares his thoughts on our VIP Promo pack. This is a great video to watch if you would like to hear about some of our top formulas from Eli's perspective - how they help with athletic and martial arts training and injuries. Or, if you haven't purchased from us yet and are curious as to what you get in the VIP Promo pack. Just click on the link below the image to watch the video.

May we gently recommend the tag #lotusstore, for increased visibility of natural medicine related products on our front end, www.naturalmedicine.io? This would also help to connect, and find, 'wellness' related products on Steem. You can read more about this initiative here. With much love, The Natural Medicine team. xx
