Formula 1 - Hungarian GP

in #sports8 years ago

Any Formula 1 fans on Steemit? It's been a rocky year. Started off with Nico dominating. Now the momentum has swung decisively Lewis' way. Hungaroring is one of his strongest tracks and if all goes well, we fully expect Hamilton to win this one. But never count out Nico. His drive on the Austrian GP for every lap till the last one was the drive of champions. But such is his story - so close, yet something goes wrong.

Another story is Red Bull really coming up. They always had a great chassis, I'm sure, what we are seeing now is that Ren... uhh, Tag Heuer engine catching up. McLaren might do OK here too, being one of the slowest tracks.

What do you folks think? Who's winning Hungarian GP?

Hi all , i am Eddie, huge F1 fan here glad we have a plece for discussion , debate on Steemit.. who knows even betting soon ( i will bet 1sreem $ on Verstappen victory in Hungary ) ..

Redbulls strong again .. Ferrari i think is already shifted focus on next year car..
Anyways , i will see you here after the race .. Drive safe

Haha, betting will be awesome. I think all major teams have already shifted some focus to next year. I'm betting it's McLaren which have most focus on next year's car. If they don't have a championship winning car by 2018, Alonso and Button will retire.

hamilton year again ...

As much as I like Lewis, I'm looking for a change. Cheering for Nico! But yes, the momentum right now is on Lewis' side. But as we have seen already, things can change around very quick.

It tends to be Lewis-Kimi in 1-2 fashion for quite a few years... Kimi's good at hungaroring... btw the F1 tag may be more relevant...

You're right - though Kimi hasn't done much at Hungaroring since moving to Ferrari.

I tagged it for F1 and Formula-1 too. Steemit only shows one of the tags - I added 3 or 4.

Looks like another Lewis win, unless something breaks in the car again.
Although don't count out young Max. Never know what Red Bull might do.

I'm not so sure. Third practice is on - Nico has been fastest all session. I do think Red Bull will be strong in the race though. But Ricciardo is going much better around here.

Wow, Red Bull killed it in P3. Beating Hamilton, both.

If it stays dry, I expect Nico to win, if it rains Lewis or one of Red Bulls would probably take the trophy.

I'm thinking the same. Though I doubt it'll rain again...
