RE: Los Angeles Dodgers: Chronic Underachievers or Future Champions?

I don’t really understand how baseball works somehow, first someone throws a ball, then someone kicks and run... seems like that, got too little chance to watch it in Belgium lol.

Throwing, hitting, and catching, basically. If someone hits the ball without it being caught, that player can run around the bases, stopping once the ball comes back in. Others try to hit the ball and that player can keep running around the bases. Getting around all four bases equals one run (1 point). Each team needs to stop hitting after three put outs (the other team catching the ball or tagging a runner, etc.). Three outs per inning, nine innings per game. The team with the most points wins.

Clear explanation. Thanks Tom. I’ll quickly watch a match to go through it ;)
