Nice post. The management of a team depends on the managing team. I actually coach my department's football team and I learnt a lot from the experience. I don't just watch football matches without for the fun, I do sometimes to see the psychological stand of the team. I agree with the fact that the coach has a lot of impact on the team in all sports.

Coaches have such a crucial role to play in the development of players and teams. It is one thing to develop great players but if we can make those great player “good” people at the same time then we are doing a great job. All coaches need to have this philosophy in my opinion.
