Gordon Hayword to Boston Celtics

Although the exact terms of the deal isn't final, this makes the Celtics a favorite in the east. Gordon Hayward is coming off his best season as a pro making last seasons Western Conference All Star team for the first time in his young career, finishing the regular season averaging 21.9PPG while shooting 47.1%FG for the Utah Jazz. Hayward led the Utah Jazz to a 51W-31L season which landed them in the playoffs, something they hadn't done since the 2011-12 season. Last time they advanced past the first round, 2009-10. In last seasons playoffs, Utah won a decisive opening round series against the Los Angeles Clippers.
