The victory of Australian boxer Jeff Horn against Philippine boxing legend Manny Pacquiao was shrouded in controversy after a 12-round fight that ended 8 seconds early.

The score cards were released, and audiences were expecting to celebrate with the winning fighter, or so they thought they would.
The unanimous judges' decision came in as a shock. Even the boxing legend Teddy Atlas felt something was wrong with the decision. Atlas did not mince words saying that boxing is a corrupt sport. Not keeping his opinion to himself, he told Jeff Horn straight out that he lost the fight. How bad is that? Is this a show of unprofessionalism on the side of Atlas, or was that just right for the moment?
Boxing pros call this decision a form of robbery as Jeff Horn was declared the new WBO welterwaight champion. We would have wanted to see Steve Harvey announce the victory instead.
Today, Twitter and Facebook is flooded with strong opinions against the decision. Some call the fight rigged. Others thought this was entertaining. One thing's for sure, there's going to be a rematch. Now there goes the money.
What do you think?
