The Cagayan Valley Regional Athletic Association is the regional sporting competition of Region II (Cagayan Valley). It consists of nine divisions, the Batanes , Cagayan , Tuguegarao , Isabela , City of Ilagan , Cauayan , Santiago City , Isabela and Nueva Vizcaya . It is annually organized to choose the best players to participate in the National Games .
