Good afternoon, dear community. I spent a very long time discussing the issue of professional ethics and its definition. Professional ethics are moral norms that regulate the relationship of people in work activity and the attitude of a person to their professional duties.
Since, the main content of professional ethics are the norms of behavior prescribing a certain type of moral relations between people, necessary to fulfill their professional duty, as well as the rationale, interpretation of codes, tasks and goals of the profession. At the same time, the substantiation of moral relations in the sphere of labor presupposes:
Definition of the purposes and motives of labor activity;
Identification of standards and means to achieve the intended goal;
evaluation of the results of labor and their social significance.
Thinking over all these aspects, I was very interested in the following: is it relevant to professional ethics when you see a lack of professionalism.
I was prompted by these thoughts: in my district there is an ordinary general secondary school. Several years ago, on the territory of this school, an excellent sports court with artificial grass was built for schoolchildren. It was built on all the canons of buildings sports facilities:
Fenced area
Presence of drainage system under cover
Professional coating
Security Zones
Etc.
This year, they decided to rebuild it ...
Completely dismantled the fence, the soccer gates, removed the cover, and ripped off the upper part of the drainage system.
Then put a sand cushion and rolled it all into the asphalt ...
For you to understand me correctly, asphalt is not a coating with high absorptive properties .... and since this site is located in some artificially created lowland, all the water after the rain will remain on the surface, even despite the created artificial slope of the site.
ntil all the water evaporates or to do it, running through puddles ...
Given the Moscow climate in the summer, which lasts 1.5 months ... and regular rains, the presence of moss, mold and possibly other remarkable fungi will add to the "aquaaerobic" ...
As a specialist, it is painful for me to see when inexperienced or unprofessional people destroy wonderful sports facilities and turn them into marshes.
I would like to ask you, friends: do you come across similar, egregious, in my opinion, situations?
Good post! но заморочился не по детски.)) а нах они реально это сделали?
А кто же их знает!?!? Очень хорошая площадка была, покрытие можно было махнуть и дыры в заборе заделать и все...
