I can imagine soccer (futbol) replacing American football in the U.S. in the next decade, as the controversies associated with the latter will lose favor with the citizens.

Of course, this is pure speculation. Aside from tennis, my faves...golf, baseball, badmitton, table-tennis are in the bottom 25.
