We are accustomed to see it as a chore which steals us from precious hours of lying on television and to crunch various. We still have the habit of treating him as the fiercest enemy and we leave him at tail , just to get rid of him. But the sport, dear ones, is much more than that. It's clean health!
What do you think when you hear the word "sports"? To the various world championships that you commented with patos? The sculpted silhouettes, after which we sigh with everything? To Hours of ambition and perseverance?
I automatically think of a strong and disease-free body. That may be because I feel on my skin every grasp or letting go of the physical exercise. When I do that with holiness, my body shouts through all the pores that it is good, when I do not, I got to shoot, to suffer.
Sport should be seen as an organized lifestyle that can provide a hobby, because sport is also fun, especially if it is practiced in a social group or in a field that is good for the individual and who can have a multitude of variations including cycling, football, tennis or morning fitness or weekend jogging.
Some of the benefits of sports:
- Sport keeps us young
- Sport makes us smarter
- Sports weakens
- Sport prevents and relieves cardiovascular disease
- Sport is also necessary in other diseases
Sport prevents diseases by maintaining good irrigation in all organs:
- Strengthens the bones;
- Sport is useful in regulating blood glucose in both diabetics and non-diabetic patients;
- Prevents osteoporosis;
- It seems that sport plays an important anticancer role;
- It is useful both in preaging and advanced ages;
- Sport is recommended for a good development and growth of children, etc.
The basic principle of sport is "mens sana in corpore sano", meaning a healthy mind in a healthy body.
