Arsenal are one of the established club in Europe. But, lately I see memes made specifically on Arsenal. They've are being ripped by fan pages on social media.
Arsenal is a gigantic club with lot of achievements. There was a time when Arsenal were feared by most clubs in Europe. There was Henry, Bergkamp, Viera, Pires, Lehmann, Ljungberg, what a formidable division they were back then.
Nowadays Arsenal are not strong enough as they used to be.
Here's what I would do if I were Arsene Wenger.
ON THE ABSENCE OF OZIL AND SANCHEZ
There has been speculations surrounding about the departure of Ozil and Sachez from the club. Well, if that happens I would sign Marco Reus and Lucas Moura. As far as defence is concerned I would sign Koulibaly and Virgil van Dijk. And for midfield I would sign Steven Nzonzi or Payet.
So, this is how the first team would look
GK- Ospina
LCB- Mustafi
CB- Koulibaly
RCB- Koscielny
LB- Kolacinac
RB- Bellerin
LCM- Xhaka
RCM- Ramsey
LW- Reus
RW- Lucas
ST- Lacazette
SUBS- Cech, Nzonzi, Virgil van Dijk, Iwobi, Welbeck, Giroud, Wilshere

You have a big point with the kind of team you have in mind, virgil van for defence is cool and lucas must be there and i miss watching Arsenal games when they play like barca with coordination.
