There is so many way to earn on Hive and Content Writing is one of them. I would suggest to spend more time on Splinterlands community and try to engage with others as well. As it seems you are only making videos to participate Splinterlands challenges, but other than that you can always share content here about other topics as well and increase your content rewards.
