I am in the gold league but I struggle to enter the leader board.
Splinterlands multi-account players must have a lot of cards to manage the multiple teams.
How are you operate these alternate accounts?

    There are some people who are willing to delegate their accounts to others. You can collect 50% of the rewards by playing a delegated account and use earned rewards to boost your main account power.
    Even if you are earning additional few thousands DEC every 14 days it helps.
