Nice first post! While it's easy to point the finger and criticize, I like that you compared to other companies. It does seem like the team has ratcheted up the impactful updates since the layoffs.
Personally, I don't need tons of new content every time I log in, but there are interface concerns I have (can we just get consistent music that doesn't change every time you navigate somewhere?), and as has been discussed, the new player experience is atrocious. It's amazing there are any real players in bronze/silver. Dealing with bots in 12 mana matches is soul-crushing.
