Team Philippines Offers Silver League Chaos and Rewards Card for Rental for our Stake Holders.

Times within the Splinter-verse are becoming more challenging, with changes to Ranked Play, Rewards and requirements imminent, we all must adapt. The vision of TeamPH has always been to reduce the barriers of entry for our Community. We offered decks on NFTY however ran into various problems, which became very time consuming for key members of our Team. We felt it necessary to change to ensure that we remain competitive and productive by diversifying our efforts.

In order for us as an organization to grow, we need to ensure that our initiatives are also profitable and self- sustaining. We want to ensure that our stakeholders are rewarded and involved into the intricacies of the organization and that fundamentally, we are able to purchase more assets when opportunity presents itself.

Therefore, we have done the following:

We now have 4 Silver League Chaos Legion and Reward Cards decks available for rent. These cards would be delegated to your account once payment has been made, the rentee would keep 100% of the reward share and it would be non - cancellable and non - transferable from both sides. We are offering these decks to those with a minimum of 20,000 Staked TeamPH Tokens at a promotional rate of 10,000 TeamPH Tokens per month (Minimum 3 months). It is important to be transparent to the Community therefore we will explain what we will be doing with the income generated from the Community Rentals.

The payment of 30,000 TeamPH Tokens would be split in the following way:

• 50% - Will be used for the TeamPH: SPS Liquidity Pool

• 25% - Will be used for future Tournaments / Marketing Giveaways / and Influencer payments transferred directly to teamphgiveaways on a monthly basis.

• 25% - Payroll (This is excluding the main investors) This will be used to reward those most dedicated to the development of the organization. This will be distributed as required on a monthly basis.

We aim to launch the rental initiative as soon as possible and on a first come first serve basis. Based on its success, will determine whether we make more decks available for the Community.

There is now a fantastic opportunity for a scholar to run our one and only Diamond Deck (Chaos Legion and Reward Cards) due to work commitments, @damienwolf will step down as scholar to focus on things that take more priority at this time. I would like to show our appreciation and wish him well on his future endeavors. Whilst we are passionate about this game, it is important that you maintain an effective Work / Life Balance.

We will be looking for a new scholar for our Diamond Champion Deck moving forward, should you be interested in being considered as a scholar, please contact @mangomayhem. Please be advised that there are requirements to maintain.
The revenue generated from the Team – Philippines Account is split in the following way:
• 35% - Scholar Payout

• 32.5% - Dividends paid out to our top 10 TeamPH staked Token Holders (Please be advised that main investors such as mangomayhem, leveluplifeph, Mernmin & mchurchm are excluded from this).

• 32.5% - Sent to the Team-Philippines Curation account
