Hi everyone, it's been a while since the last post summarizing the latest things that have happened in the world of Hive. As a result, I figured it was time to share my thoughts with you a bit. Also, I decided that I would combine this post with a contest from @wrestorgonline for meme creation and create my last meme to participate in the contest.
Is everything okay in Splinterlands?
Let's start perhaps with the latest information we received during the Town Hall, interestingly enough a big restructuring has started and many content creators have been fired. This is quite an unexpected thing after how before the last six months if not more the developers were selling various packs of cards, runes, or other things to the players all the time. As a result, they should not complain about a lack of resources for employees. However, they decided to take drastic steps. I myself think that this is not a bad move, because I understand how the world works. Also, you have to keep in mind that the people hired were not generating incredible numbers of new users in connection with which I have been wondering for some time now whether they are profitable. Nonetheless, I feel sorry for some of the people, but I think it might even work out for the better, since they will again get a kick out of creating the content they want to create, without feeling like someone is demanding something from them. I sincerely hope that over the next few months we will see really interesting posts and videos, maybe not only from Splinterlands but also from other games.
All good things come to an end quickly
As the title says, unfortunately, all good things, or in this case Lux Vega, sold out quickly. This is something that puzzled me a bit. In terms of whether there is still the power after all the new stuff, we've received over the last few months for this card to sell out at such a rapid rate during such big drops. However, these sales have dispelled any doubts I had, and it's clear to see how many fans Splinterlands has. The card actually sold out in a moment with its current cost on the market being around $740 for the regular version and $4440 for the GF. The card itself seems really amazing therefore I think this price can really hold for a long time.
WOO-WEN
It's time to talk about WOO, and when we think of WOO we of course associate the last most important situation - the airdrop of Sonny Onoo cards. For people who are wondering why this is so important, I am already explaining it to you. Each person who receives the gold version of this card is guaranteed a place in the mining pool allowing them to receive 24 wins a day, which is something really special, because by that time really big money had to be invested to have such a chance, frankly speaking, it seems to me that there are not many people who receive $WOO every hour. I'm curious to know how much this card will cost to sell on the market, I think a potential winner can really wish a lot.
That's all for today, with the third meme I'll come next time. If anyone would also like to participate, I invite you to read the post https://peakd.com/hive-191258/@wrestorgonline/woo-meme-contest-with-dollarwoo-prizes-everybody-wins where all the rules are explained.
