Splinterlands is the best GAME!

It's been a while again, but I've been so busy with Splinterlands that I haven't had time to write a blog.

By the way, it seems that the development of the Splinterlands app is coming to an end. I'm quite disappointed. I used to play Splinterlands on my smartphone during my train commutes, and not being able to do so anymore is a bummer. It's not impossible to play via browser, but sorting cards after selection by long-pressing is really cumbersome. The app allowed for double-tapping, which was much easier.

There's another reason I wished the app development would continue.
I wanted Splinterlands to become more popular.

It's clear that games accessible via smartphones attract more users.
Splinterlands has an excellent gaming system, lacks a "gacha" element, battles last only about five minutes, and it's not time-consuming.
Plus, it has strategic depth, which I believe embodies all the elements sought after in smartphone games.
Most smartphone games rely on "gacha" mechanics where drawing strong characters allows you to dominate, but Splinterlands doesn't have "strong" cards.
There are strong combinations, but they change with each new set of rules, meaning there are nearly infinite combinations.
I don't think there's any other game like it.

Personally, I believe a game like this could succeed even if it wasn't a blockchain game (BCG), and I'd start playing immediately if a similar game were released.

Splinterlands is that interesting of a game.

また少し時間があいてしまいましたが、splinterlandsが忙しくて、ブログを書く暇がなかったことにしてください。

そういえば、splinterlandsのアプリの開発が終了するようですね。
私はすごく残念な気持ちです。
なぜなら通勤途中の電車の中で、splinterlandsをスマホでやっていたのですが、それができなくなるからです。
ブラウザでもできなくはないのですが、カード選択後の並び替えが長押しなのですが、それはもう本当に操作がしにくいです。アプリだとダブルタップなので、やりやすかったのです。

アプリ開発を続けてほしかった理由はほかにもあります。
splinterlandsをもっと流行させてほしいからです。
スマホからできるゲームがやはり集客しやすいのは目に見えてその通りだからです。
splinterlandsはゲームシステムがよく、ガチャ要素も皆無なうえ、一戦が5分程度で、時間もかからない。
さらに戦略性があるということで、スマホゲームに求めているすべての要素をもっていると考えています。
スマホゲームの大半はガチャで強いキャラを引けば無双できるゲームばかりですが、splinterlandsは強いカードが存在しません。
強いカードではなく、強い構成は存在するのですが、それは毎回変更されるルールによってことなります。つまりほぼ無限の構成が存在するわけです。こんなゲームほかにないと思います。

個人的にはBCGではなくても成り立つと思っており、同様のゲームがでたら、すぐに始めると思います。

splinterlandsじゃそれくらいおもしろいゲームです。

yes it's a weird strategy to not have a mobile or pay fore credits on mobile even tho they may lose some money to the store that will still be revenue for the company
