Day 182 of 365, SPS airdrop blues.

It just hit me that, as of today, we're HALFWAY through the 365 days of SPS airdrops!!! I guess time flies when you're battling Yodin's fiery balls.

Being part of that huge mid-July wave of lusty land-grabbers to the game, I almost take the daily SPS airdrops for granted. I bought some as soon as I could. Then I bought some more. And more, etc.

Now, I can't imagine Splinterlands without the daily airdrops. I get the blues when I try.

You try it; try to imagine day 365 of SPS airdrops. The end of SPS airdrops. NO MORE SPS AIRDROPS.

What will the game even look like in six months? In a word: More. It will look like more land, more players, more pack drops, more activity on the Hive, etc. But your guess is as good as mine.

Because of the awesomeness that is Chaos Legion, I'm numb to the slow-burn of my SPS bag melting down to a tenth of what it was.

The glass half full perspective: Back when SPS was a $1, I dreamed of getting my current airdrop of 65 SPS a day. And SPS is so cheap right now, my goal of holding 100K SPS doesn't seem so impossible. Especially if I have 6 months left to get there. Until then, I'll just keep looking for corn in the turd pile.

Whether it's CL packs, SPS, ranked battle rewards or $1 gold foil cards. Accumulate and Wait. Accumulate and Wait. This is the way.
