I would supplement them with a "Plus Neutrals" section for each Splinter at the end;
Like Scavo Hireling really enhances Djinn Muirat. And a lv. 2 Xenith Monk could be a 'silver replacement' for Windeku with Heal if they're not going to Gold.
Sometimes it's hard for people to think of good synergies between Neutrals and their decks, so they buy all of them; usually I use 1 or 2 Neutrals for each Splinter regularly, and the others are very very niche. I think if you mentioned some Core Neutrals for each Splinter, it'd help people decide on what helps them most.
Like I don't ever use Supply Runner with any of my decks except Life, Water (Water if it's level 5+) and Dragon (again, if it's 5+ and with Kitty/Brighton Bloom)
