Forgotten one termina lutando contra o Forgotten One adversário.
Hello everyone, is everything ok? Here on my side we are still smelling the tragedy that occurred where I live, the biggest flood in the last 100 years. All my magic shows were cancelled, my mother lost everything she had in her house and we had more than a million people without a home, without clothes, without anything. My partner and I did our part, and took our show for free to several shelters for those who lost everything. It was all very sudden and I think we will see the consequences of these catastrophes for years to come. But I'm fine, I'm healthy, things are slowly returning to normal. So here's another battle review from the weekly battle challenge, this time Noxious Fumes
NOXIOUS FUMES
This rule is part of those very specific ones, where I feel that the meta is already well established. Basically cards with Immunity and/or Healing (a special shoutout for quora level 3) have always been king in this rule. However, cards with Martyr, like our archer mouse Venari Marksrat, seem to be here to stay and are becoming predominant in this format.

WHY THOSE CARDS?
I always try to play Gelatinous Cube when this rule appears. Well positioned (as in this battle), he can reach 24 health due to his Scavenger ability, thus being able to heal himself for 8 health points per turn. I also used the new double martyr strategy together with Forgotten One, in an attempt to create a very strong tank that was immune to poison. And in first position I placed the red Fiend and the Naga Assassin, in the hope that she, together with the Summoner Quix the Devious, would escape at least one blow.
BATTLE ANALISYS
My opponent used Martyr and Forgotten one, just like me, and freed his dragon tank from poison with scavo hierling, which gave him a few more turns. The naga managed to return a blow before dying, just as I had planned. The battle goes on as I had planned. Forgotten One ends up fighting the opposing Forgotten One. We have bad luck in Retaliate and his ends up beating mine. But even though he's dealing a whopping 5 damage per turn, we're healing ourselves for 8 points, making all of his damage irrelevant. Immunity does not guarantee immunity to fatigue, only to poison. So we win by surviving fatigue.
