Somnium: The Dreaming Bard

Amongst many believer of the skydreamer's tribe,a wannabe bard is different of them all. Axhel is an orphaned boy, whose young mind already worshipped the tribe's power to use the stars to see through destiny. That very celestine power made the young boy adore and follow through teaching of the tribe. So much that, many years later when he saw the downfall of the Somnium in his own eyes that he awakened his power.

Axhel, who was now experienced many tribulation of life became connected to the whispers of destiny, and his profession as a bard turned for the better and worse. Because along with his awakening, it will also awaken the his obsession to avenge the fallen tribe. And for that very moment, that very minute, who knows if its his own will or his consciousness was planted with a seed by the destiny itself.

He started his crusade from his homeland the Khymeria the land of unity and healing. With destiny within his ears, he manage to take down the member of the chaos one by one that were hiding amidst of the island. He also learned that his affinity towards spirit and nature lessen, and his power as a bard turned murderous. The emotion that his song contains, were so bloodthirsty that it affects all creature within a certain radius of himself to turn feral be it the living and the spirits.

He turned the islands upside down, leaving only a despairing trail that brought tears and and vengeful minds. The blood of the guilty and the innocent were mixed with his crusade. It last up until, he doesn't care anymore. And his eyes were full of indifference. His last stop was Mortis, but he didn't even bothered slaughtering anymore and just stopped at the Primodic Sea, those bunch of Dark Eternals and the Lord of Darkness means nothing to him.

Axhel just hanged himself up the zenith and illuminated the entire Splinterlands, his body turned into a pure form of energy, while his spirit turned into a half divine, half cursed entity that summons creature who vies for the energy and turn them as a nourishment for the entire Splinterlands.

Because, he didn't even care for the Skydreamers nor the Somnium, or rather the destiny doesn't care about those who defy it.

In the eyes of destiny, only apathy exists and the Somnium is just a lost cause. There will be a war far more greater if it didn't destroy the chaos. However, Axhel is only a chess piece to eliminate the minions of the chaos not the source of it nor the legion it has.
