This is a huge Progress!
I always wanted that League Leaderboard since I struggled on Gold League, it felt like I was left out from the party which only available for Top Champion League players. (Well, now I'm on Champion League, too)

Lower tier League should have their own way compete with their league, The Tournaments already got this rules, but it should be on rank based too.
