That question was in regards to DEC inflation mostly. So when cards are burned, DEC is newly minted and sent to the player that burnt the card/s. There isn't a separate pool or anything where the DEC is pulled from. So technically, it just adds to the DEC inflation.

Ah yes i see. I wonder if this mechanism has a future with DEC being so high but id guess mot to many cards are being burny off right now. It is intresting though they need a mechanism for it, I guess automation was easier than having to create a pool top draw from.
