The concept of social network is not hard. There are two words:
- Social: Write/talk/engage; be involved and communicate
- Network: Know people, make friends. If they know you, chances are they might consume your content. If they don't then its RNG!

Actifit posts, while very common, most oldtimer hive puritans consider them as 'shitpost's and they are 95% of the time:)
There are better ways to write an Actifit post with more content and direction, which is what you often do. You should continue that and lead that movement.
I like Actifit, because it keeps me accountable for my daily fitness activity and reminds me to write something on HIVE every day. As you have noticed I try to put some content in my posts, but sometimes it seems completely incompatible with the Actifit theme and makes me wonder if I should just write a crypto subject post under LeoFinace community using the computer. With Actifit to get the post to have content I have to jump via hoops or suffer through writing it on my phone.
I will try to continue making more substantive Actifit posts and try to increase the percentage of Actifit posts I do with more content.
