Letting go of the thing that is blocking you from being. We hold on to something that we want try to understand(like a mystery we try to solve). We hold on to it so much that eventually we become that story or that feeling that is holding us back from being (in the now).
There will be a time when enough is enough and you are so sick of it that you just give up, accept and let everything be. We can't change anything in the past, we cannot solve what we don’t know (future)(if we don’t have the right information). Lingering in the same thought, or trying to solve a puzzle of illusions is what we call madness.. That's why it feels like you are going crazy, trying to fit a piece of a puzzle that won’t fit… The loop of suffering.
Ones you release the thought, that was building up. The energy can just flow again and it makes you move again, all the energy that you wasted on thinking and overthinking can now be used for things that makes you move in the flow of life.
Be careful of what you hold on to, don’t feed it. Be aware of the build up, and let go of it faster. The more you train this, the faster you will release it in the future. It will become a natural thing eventually.
