It is not a chore, but a GIFT. making a daily habit for two weeks for 5 minutes will show you, how nice - and wonderful it is to be Fully Present, and with time, you WANT IT! It is a happy place for you to go. And with time, 5 minutes is way too short. I think even after the first week, you'll want to increase it to 8 or 10minutes. You'll want to! Cause you are dropping in. <3 Ty for asking <3
