I think the real clincher for somebody stuck in a hamster wheel "without finding the time for anything else" is the realisation that in order to make that shift from hard to Heart the cultivation and maintaining of the inner willingess to do so is what will allow us to glimpse opportunities and implement them. Many people want to leapfrog that first crucial step and immediately look at where in their schedule they can make adjustments for that shift to happen, only to realise that there is no time available, therefore they quickly give up on the idea altogether. In truth, however, they are not (yet) willing to shift priorities within.

Yeah, it's not about finding time for something, but making time for it. We have a finite amount of time, so some things always have to be sacrificed. It's important to figure out what's really important to you and build your life accordingly.
