Thank you for visiting my blog. Today I will teach you how to talk to your true spirit.
Find a quiet place or a place where you can fully relax. Now think: 'I want to talk to my true spirit, are you there?'.
When you hear a response ask: 'Are you really my true spirit?'. In case you will get a confirmation you are now able to have a conversation with your true spirit. In case it is a no, try again until your true spirit talks to you.
It's amazing isn't it?
I learned this technique from a shaman a long time ago. Over the years I asked myself a few questions regarding this technique. Is it legit? Will this lead to insanity? Is my spirit the same as when people talk to god but they don't understand that they are actually talking to their own true spirit?
In my experience my true spirit is very helpful. What he says is full of wisdom and love. Tell me in the comments what you experienced. I want to keep this open and later might add some more insights of mine. I don't want to influence you with my thoughts too much.
If you learn how to quiet your mind, your true spirit will start talking by itself. Then you will actually realize how much useless information is stuck in your head. The more you meditate the more you will be able to control your thoughts. Maybe not control, but you will be able to identify the ones which matter to you.

I love the feeling of success, thanks :) It is such a simple thing and also not a lot of text but it is so important and interesting.
You can ask your guides to reveal themselves to you in meditation, through dreams, numbers and messages, or when you are walking in the park.
The next time you are alone, you can try saying this out loud:
"Dear Spirit Guides, please reveal yourselves to me, I want to know you better and connect with you in this world. I thank you for your guidance and care." Then notice in the next few days, if you receive any messages, feelings or strange dreams.

Hey Cool post, I would need more guidance on how to do it though cause i tried it for a few minutes and all i heard was my mind asking me what i was doing. Thanks for the info though
