Interesting, I didn't know there was a minimum withdrawal rate, so I've learned something already. I was just looking at Bitcoin myself as the price is dropping, but I realised from this post, I'm not quite ready yet.
I think @schubes is raising some interesting points about decentralisation but I feel a bit wary about this idea at this stage. It's a good starter for thinking about how to share responsibilities and scale, but I'm not sure about the safeguards.
