When you first lay your hands on your Android smartphone, you’ll love how smooth and stutter-free the performance is. However, overtime the performance will slow down to a point where you might consider purchasing a new phone. Before you take such a drastic step, use these tips to try and solve the problem.
First one is Clear unwanted apps
Apps are what make smartphones so great. So it’s natural to download apps and games as and when required
We download them, and then don’t remove them in case we ever need them again. So take a good look at the apps you have installed on your phone, see which ones you hardly use, and then uninstall them. It might be hard letting go of some games, but the reward is worth it.
Secind one is Clear Cache
Apps tend to store a little bit of data, which accumulates overtime. Get rid of it by cleaning up your cache. Go to Settings > Apps > choose the app you wish to clean the cache of. There, you should see a Clear Cache Option or a Storage option, which would then give you the option to clear cache.
Third one is Clear memory
While we all know that pressing the button on our phone closes the app, many of us don’t realise that the app continues to run in the background. As you use more and more apps, the number of apps running in the background starts to accumulate, which puts a strain in your RAM. Most launchers let you clear all background apps in one swoop by pressing the ‘Recents’ button and pressing the ‘Clear All’ button.
Fourth one is Disable Animation
You may not realise it, but there are tons of little animations on your phone. This happens when you switch between screens and apps. While they may make things look a little flashy, they also take up some of the processing power so it’s best to disable them if your phone has started to slow down often. Disabling animations is pretty straightforward (albeit a little tricky). First enable Developer Options by going to Settings > About Phone > Tap the Build Number seven times > go back to the Settings screen.
There you should see a new Developer Options, click on it and you should see the option to disable animations.
Fifth one is Factory reset the device
If all else fails, then you could try resetting the phone completely. This will take the phone back to the state it was when you first bought it. This will reset all your saved data and apps so you might want to backup all your photos and videos before you take this step.
If u do all the five steps am telling above ,i am confident to sad you phone speed is increase and good battery life.charging battery speed is also increase.
