Mi presentación en Hive

Hello Hive! A pleasure to introduce myself, here Stefany Castillo a passionate about content creation and digital marketing.

Quiero contarle un poco sobre mi, tengo 26 años y medio. Soy técnico superior universitario en Administración mención RRHH, actualmente estudio Administración mención Mercadeo y se preguntarán ¿por qué estudiar nuevamente administración pero en otra mención? Es un poco largaaa la historia pero se la resumiré. Me gradué de TSU a los 20 años y para esa fecha solo quería tener un título universitario ya que la carrera que quería estudiar no la daban en mi ciudad opté por otra y aunque no me gustaba lo di todo y saqué mi título.

I want to tell you a little about myself, I am 26 and a half years old. I am a university technician in Administration mentioning HR, currently I am studying Administration mentioning Marketing and you may wonder why study administration again but in another mention? It's a long story but I will summarize it for you. I graduated from TSU at the age of 20 and by that time I just wanted to have a university degree since the career I wanted to study was not available in my city, so I opted for another one and although I did not like it, I gave it all and got my degree.

Recién graduada entro a una gran empresa y a los meses de entrar ahí una vacante disponible en el área de ventas acepte para cubrir mientras encontraban a alguien y dicho puesto de trabajo me atrapo la empresa me empezó a capacitar en esta área, llego pandemia y descubrí el mundo de la ventas digitales, redes sociales y me enamoré decide sacar mi licenciatura pero esta vez en algo que realmente me apasionara y aquí estoy en mi 6to semestre en mi universidad UNESR donde voy aprendiendo cada día mis funciones y roles como Mercadologa.

I recently graduated I entered a large company and within months of entering there is a vacancy available in the sales area I accepted to cover while they found someone and that job caught me the company began to train me in this area, pandemic came and I discovered the world of digital sales, social networks and I fell in love I decided to get my degree but this time in something that I really passionate about and here I am in my 6th semester at my university UNESR where I am learning every day my functions and roles as a Mercadologa.

En el 2022 empecé mi emprendimiento de gestión de redes sociales y creación de contenido con tan solo un aros de Luz pequeño, un Samsung A12 y con todos los cursos gratis que existieron en pandemia que logré hacer como todo comienzo nada es fácil los desánimos, falta de información y falta de confianza en mi no me dejaron creer y seguir pero tuve un apoyo incondicional quien me impulso día a día y creía en mí (lo cual es mi amado esposo).

In 2022 I started my venture of social media management and content creation with only a small light ring, a Samsung A12 and with all the free courses that existed in pandemic I managed to do as every start nothing is easy discouragements, lack of information and lack of confidence in me did not let me believe and follow but I had an unconditional support who pushed me day by day and believed in me (which is my beloved husband).

Trabaje para agencias, me capacite aún más y aunque aún me falta demasiado puede decir que estoy empezando a ver frutos de mis esfuerzo y constancia me falta mucho por aprender y recorrer pero lo que he logrado hasta ahora wao me ha dejado sin palabras. Tengo más clientes tengo equipos nuevos lapto, celular de alta gama, luces y micrófonos y todo eso a través de mi perseverancia se que al culminar mi carrera me abrirá más puertas en este mundo y estoy ansiosa por ver lo que lograre.

I worked for agencies, I trained even more and although I still have a long way to go I can say that I am beginning to see the fruits of my efforts and perseverance I still have a lot to learn and go through but what I have achieved so far has left me speechless. I have more clients, I have new laptops, high-end cell phones, lights and microphones and all this through my perseverance I know that when I finish my career will open more doors in this world and I am anxious to see what I will achieve.
