Panqueques de papa
Ingredientes:
½ kilo de papas 2 huevos batidos
½ taza de leche 1 pizca de comino molido
2 cucharadas de aceite sal a tu gusto
Preparación:
Se pelan las papas y se rallan crudas. Se le agregan los huevos batidos, la leche y el aceite. Se sazona con sal y el comino y se bate bien. Está listo para hacer los panqueques, que deben hacerse más gruesos que los comunes.
