Maíz a la parrilla 


Preparación:

El maíz tiene que ser tierno y se quitan las chalas más duras y los pelos, dejando cubierto cada maíz por algunas chalas, se humedecen un poco y se ponen sobre una parrilla a fuego muy lento, dándoles vuelta de vez en cuando para que cocinen parejo. Se sirven calientes y se le hecha sal.
