Budin de acelga
Ingredientes:
2 tazas de acelga cocida y picada 1 cebolla grande1
cucharada de orégano picado 1 taza de requesón
1 taza de miga de pan mojado en leche 5 dientes de ajo
¼ taza de pan rallado 4 cucharadas de aceite
sal a tu gusto
Preparación:
Se rehoga un poco la cebolla en el aceite y se mezcla con la acelga, el pan mojado y deshecho, los ajos picados, orégano y sal. Se vuelca esta mezcla después en una asadera aceitada, se espolvorea con el pan rallado y se cocina al horno.
